To make a call please check your internet connection and balance in app. Called person doesn't need an internet connection to receive a call. You can call mobile or landline number even if it does not have internet connection and not registered in Telz.
Go to number dialing section or contacts section and choose the number you want to call. Choose Internet call or Callback call. Callback call is realized as an incoming call from our server to you and to the person you call. The quality is better and the price is higher.
